weird texture and tastes like plastic

I like the flavor of this drink. Grass jelly was strong and a good amount of sweet. I wouldn’t add more ice or it will be watered down. The chunks reminded me of white fungus mushroom (nam tuyet in Vietnamese) not really grass jelly chunks.

Really nice and refreshing! Soooo good when almost frosty like consistency.

It tastes weird like sour and seems expired, though it looks ok from the outside, bottle and all seems normal. Perhaps it has to be look upon what seems to be the problem with this batch of black gulaman drink. Thanks!
