The sauce had uni taste but was very chemically. So I added a little cream and a fresh uni to it.
This sauce helped me to reduce fresh uni amount that I usually need to use. However I probably will not bother to purchase this again to use for simple pasta. I will try to use for other items that require more butter etc as ingredients.
