Tianjin Mixed Grain Pancake with Crispy Cracker

Packed ver well . But the pancake is kind of thick so make it taste not tender and the wheat flour used for the pancakes make it look very dark . Also not much egg showed up in the pancakes only a little bit at the edges area although the description said one egg in it and not much sauce in it either. The crispy crackers were kind of over fried , they looked dark as well . I am not going to buy it again.

The sauce is spicy, I won't buy it again, it's too different from what I had in China. The crispy ones are ok.

As a Tianjin native, except for the skin not being made of mung bean flour, everything else is very authentic! I heated it in an air fryer. The authentic Tianjin pancake does not have intestines or vegetables. I think the price is very good! I will buy it again!
