I wanted to eat purple sweet potato today, so I cooked one and added it to purple sweet potato flour to make purple sweet potato dumplings. I added glutinous rice flour and fried it into purple sweet potato glutinous rice cakes or made it into purple sweet potato bread. This is my first time buying it and the effect is good. I will continue to buy it.
