The milkfish flakes are perfectly marinated, well-seasoned, and full of rich, savory flavor with just the right hint of tanginess and spice. The texture is spot-on!, tender, flaky fish that blends beautifully with the classic sisig taste, but lighter and healthier than the traditional pork version. It’s tastes like that of Mang Inasal’s!

Where can you find Hong Kong style steamed spareribs with pumpkin? I picked them all out and threw them away. I used to order it because the taro steamed spareribs were delicious, but I never order it again when it’s pumpkin.
