I used to only use bone broth, but when I mixed water with the bones, I added this and it was good~

It feels like a fluffy sponge cake. It's not too sweet, which is nice, but since it's vacuum-packed in a bag, I feel like I can smell a slight plastic smell every time I chew on it, which is a bit disappointing.

The sauce is sweet and delicious. It would be good to add a little more soy sauce and red pepper paste.
