I ordered it because the sale price was good and the quality looked good. When I melted it, the oil level seemed just right and it looked delicious, but the size seemed much smaller than regular ribs. I'll marinate it well, grill it in the afternoon, and write another review.

It's good to eat as a snack I think the texture is closer to sweet potato rice cake than sweet potato bread
