Traditional Taiwanese puff paratha are similar to roti but thicker in texture. The outer layer is golden and crispy, while the inner layer is soft, chewy, and flavorful. No need to defrost or add oil to the pan when making this delicious crispy pancake--just throw it on the pan for three minutes, or cook until both sides are golden and enjoy. Enjoy with your favorite soy sauce, chili oil (or however you'd like). It's that easy!
Ingredients: wheat flour, water, palm oil, soybean oil, sugar, salt, monosodium glutamate
Storage condition: frozen
Serving method:
1. Preheat the pan over medium heat.
2. Place the paratha in the pan (no need to defrost or add oil) and turn them over several times to make them puffy.
3. Fry over low heat until puffy and light golden brown.
5. Add any vegetable, sausages, and sauces you like.
