It was cheaper than the Korean market, and I grilled it over the weekend and it was delicious. There was a lot of fat on the back, so I removed half of the layer before grilling it.

I bought it to try making dumplings. The reviews were good, and it was as good as I thought. The skin is thin but elastic, so it's easy to shape, doesn't burst when boiled, and tastes good!!
