It is better to use more water for cooking rice than for white rice, otherwise it will be too soft. Instant pot Rice to water ratio 1:1.2 Low pressure 7 minutes 4 Cups of rice: 4.8 Cups of water *Cup is a US unit, not a normal rice cup *I cooked 6 cups of rice, set it to 9 minutes, and it was too soft. It has not been successful yet
