The bread is a little dense. The taro filling is chunky and kind of wet. Not bad, but not what I like in a taro bun.

This type, in my opinion, is called dry noodles in Saigon. I have been eating it since I was a child, but only now do I know how to blanch it. You just need to pour boiling water into the noodles and mix well, then pour out the water and just pour in the broth to eat, it is very chewy and delicious. Do not blanch it in a pot of boiling water, it will be mushy.

Wow. I was surprised by the amount of broccoli and also by its freshness. The amount was more than I expected and it was so fresh that I felt good. I think I'll keep buying it. I'm killing two birds with one stone by eating broccoli that's good for your body and getting better for your body^^
