I add it to pork soup, udon, and soba noodles. The aroma is great when you add shichimi.

The concentration is good, and after the juice is absorbed, it is very suitable for mixing with rice or noodles. It will be more stimulating if it is extra spicy, but the aroma is very rich and satisfying.

It's more expensive than in Japan, but I'm glad I bought it because I don't think I'll be able to use the American ones very well.

Well, I won't be buying this for a pack of 10 again, but matcha is a rare treat ( ≖ᴗ≖​) smirk I'm satisfied
