One time is not enough, you need to float more times. Many brands claim that they can float to 7-8 degrees in 30 minutes. This one is the same, but it is obviously not enough.

I love the flavor and the noodles, they are so good! But the Topokki was a little hard to eat and I think I didn't cook them long enough on t he microwave. But in my next order I'll buy another one soon and try to cook them the other way, which I will have to use the pan. But overall it's good and flavorful as a microwave meal.
