As it cooked, it began to puff up, turn golden brown, and develop a light crisp on both sides. After a few careful flips, it transformed into a savory, crunchy, and sweet-filled pancake that was so satisfying. Don’t underestimate it—just be patient and keep that heat low!

These cookies are delicious my kids enjoy it a lot and so do I. They are nice and sweet but a little salty too.
