I was honestly surprised at how thin this Korean pancake looked straight out of the package—it didn’t seem like it had any filling at all. But once I placed it on the pan (tip: cook it on low heat or it’ll burn quickly like mine almost did), the magic started. As it cooked, it began to puff up, turn golden brown, and develop a light crisp on both sides. After a few careful flips, it transformed into a savory, crunchy, and sweet-filled pancake that was so satisfying. Don’t underestimate it—just be patient and keep that heat low!

I prefer brewed soy sauce over real soy sauce, and it's convenient to be able to order it from above.

Bok choy is delicious when stir-fried or cooked in soup. Sometimes it is eaten with noodles.
