This wonton wrapper is very big, it is equivalent to two medium-thick wrappers. The wrapper is soft and very easy to wrap.

Beautiful egg tart shells that I repurposed with apple filling and they worked wonderfully. Thinner than typical pie shells, but still worked perfectly.
The filling is very rich, but the skin is hard and not soft enough
