There is very little meat in the whole box, but it tastes good. You can cook noodles for two meals, but you still need to add some ingredients.
I added beef hotpot meat and noodles myself. The meat is just the top few slices, and the other ingredients are at the bottom. Looking at the ingredients introduced, it doesn’t seem like there are that many ingredients. The taste is acceptable.
I probably should have read other people's reviews to soak/rinse in water since it's salty. I didn't do that and it was very salty, but didn't need to salt my recipe since this pickled cabbage already provided the saltiness. Also, the date printed is for a few months back but I reached out to Weee! and they confirmed that this is the production date and that the product lasts a year post this date.
