Did they pour too much salt because of hand shaking or was it because it was not fresh to cover up the taste? It was too outrageous and hard to swallow. I added half a bottle of water and it was still salty.
The cold-mixed beef tripe was super salty, the pickled fish didn't have enough pickled taste and there were only 5 pieces of fish fillets, the maoxuewang duck blood was also only 5 pieces, and it would have been better if the spicy flavor could have been a bit more spicy.
