I was baking some chocolate chip cookies and since I already had my oven on I decided to bake this Magnolia BBQ Pork skewers rather than grilling it. I baked it for 15 minutes on each side then broiled it for another 2 minutes on each side. It came out great! Delicious and tender juicy!
