There's no way around it, my son loves their Orleans Wing the most.
The taste is not bad. It's already salty, so don't add any more soy sauce or oyster sauce. Simply marinate it with Shaoxing wine, ginger, and sauce, then air fry it for 15 minutes on one side and 8 minutes on the other at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
