Personally, I feel it's just so-so hhh
Eat them now, there are only a few left.
It was OK. Fatty than I expected and I know good char chiu should have about 25-50% fat. There's were fattier. At least 4 to 5 pieces were entirely just fat. Overall taste was ok. Some pieces were a bit hard.
