I bought two portions, and the portion was quite large. It was labeled as Jinsha bone, but fortunately it turned out to be beef tendon (*＾ワ＾*). I used one portion to make the marinade first, and this portion was one and a half. The beef tendon was evenly distributed and tasted good.
This is my first time buying this. I’m not sure how it tastes when stir-fried with beef slices. I’ll try it after I fry it and if it’s good, I’ll buy it again.
The braised beef is especially delicious and I have repurchased it many times.
This is a huge disappointment. The 0.5 pound difference is much smaller than the other one. It doesn't look as fresh as the other one. I won't repurchase it.

Brought again many many times. Pressure cook in five spice sauce, then cut into thin slices. A must have.
I have never bought such a big sirloin. A lot of fascia was removed! The tendon in the middle of the beef tendon was so hard and thick that I thought it was a bone. There was a whole sirloin and another small piece of thick tendon in one bag. I will not buy this again. Too bad for the quality!

I don't have a scale, so I don't know how much it weighs, hahaha, I hope it tastes good

I thought it would be tender but it turned out to be hard. The braised beef cooked in an electric pressure cooker for 35 minutes was so hard that it hurt my brain when I chewed it... Compared to the braised beef, the Swift one is a little more tender, whether it is braised beef or stewed beef.
