It came with 3 mid sized heel muscles. They are surrounded by lots of fat and grisles. They look nothing like the photo which the fat was trimmed and very clean.

Came with broken vacuum seal. Meat is freezer burned, discolored and oxidized. The Swift brand was fine and perfectly sealed and air tight.
