Love the texture of the noodles. Very chewy & bouncy. However, I don’t really like the flavor of the oil/soup. I was hoping it’d have more of a lao gan ma chili oil flavor but its more ma la which i’m not a fan of. Numbing peppercorn is quite strong & its not suited to my taste. I ended up having to make my own sauce in order to enjoy them. This may be specified on the packaging, but I don’t read/speak Chinese so it definitely could be my mistake. I’d love to try a different flavor that doesn’t have the numbing effect because the noodles themselves are great.
