Don’t mistaken for picture, it’s just the crust.
It looks the same as a hand-pulled pancake, just a little thicker, but it's ok

this is a new item for me to try. I'm gonna stuff them with a veggie and mushroom filling

I bought two boxes this time. The first box didn't crisp up. I thought I set the temperature too high. I baked the second box today and lowered the temperature but it still didn't crisp up. Then I fried it in a pan and it still didn't crisp up. This wasn't the case with the ones I bought before.
