The head, innards, and tail fin have been removed, but it is chopped with the bones still attached. Four pieces came, one of which is quite close to the head and has little meat, but this can't be helped since it is sold by weight. I cut it all in half, put two pieces in each small ziplock bag for snacks, filled it with a mixture of miso, mirin, and sake, and froze it. I defrost it and grill it as needed. It's a hassle because it has bones, but I'll grill it in Saikyo style for now. It doesn't taste bad.
