- I used it for the festival. Normally I would use fish such as herring, but since my family doesn't like fish, I tried wrapping it in beef. It was flavorful and delicious.
- Perhaps because it is a natural kelp, it was narrower and thinner than regular dashi kelp. I ate it wrapped in kelp. Soft kombu rolls are ready.
