    I never brought black fungus that look like these. Weee! should not sell black fungus with such poor quality. It was a disappointment when I opened these today to make hot & sour soup. Both bags have white mold.

    Soak for about 30mins+, chop up and add to noodle soup or stir-fry with whichever meat you prefer. Very efficient. Last a long while since it’s dried.
