Store in a cool dry place.
Take appropriate amount of fungus and soak them in cool water for 6-8 hours. After all the expansion, rinse with clean water several times. Control moisture and set aside (do not squeeze). Fungus are good for cooking as a hot or cool dish. They are also delicious in soups or hot pot.
