The wood ear mushrooms are excellent, clean, and inexpensive; one pack lasts a long time. They thicken nicely after soaking, making them great as a side dish in stir-fries. Adding some to soups also makes them very delicious.
The mushrooms look small, but they expand considerably when soaked.

It looks okay.
The vegetables are wilted and inedible.
My suggestion is that cilantro and chives should be placed on top of the Weee , because if other vegetables are placed underneath heavy items, they will all get crushed.
