As a crab person, It is most terrible crab i had. The meat wasn't plump and had no roI. The smell are so strong, tastes like salty sandy stuff. Literally i just stemed and threw in garbage.

No fishy smell at all. Came perfectly frozen!
it's fresh.
Clean, very good delivery, packed in a box, sent by refrigerated truck. We can clean it, soak it in soda, and process it by soaking it in soy sauce.
The swimming crabs I bought this time are quite big, a total of 10 small pieces. Today I will try the fried crabs with ginger and scallions. If it tastes good, I will buy more later.

its good! defrost and light rinse. lightly coat in corn starch and lightly fry with garlic and spice. so good.

These blue crabs are very fresh, perfectly cut into pieces, and taste delicious. This is my second time buying them, and I bought three boxes at once.

The freezing is good, but the inside is dry. Shouldn't it have some ice inside? You can only tell if it's fresh by eating it.

got 5 pretty decent size. I steamed it for 15 mins. not sure if I over steamed it. it was a little dry, but still super delicious with lemon juice,salt, and pepper. ran out of the Tabasco sauce. subbed melted butter mixed with the lemon sauce. boo yah
