Used for sir fry noodle and they are GREAT. Do a quick 1 minute blanch to gently separate the noodles. Then drain and rinse in cold water. Then, add to stirfry at the end of cooking. The noodles stayed together. Not mushy or broken. 10/10 would buy again!
