The bun skin is soft and the meat filling is salty, but it is not the salted duck egg yolk that I thought. It is egg yolk seasoned with a little salt, some parts are salty and some parts are not. It is the first time to eat such salted egg yolk meat buns, it is a bit strange, those who don't mind can try it.

The buns are big and delicious. Their noodles are great. I bought steamed buns before and they are delicious with a floury aroma. The buns are as good as always, and the fillings are well seasoned.
