    1. Don't follow the instructions on the package and add three eggs to 380ml of water. That way there is too much water and it won't solidify no matter how long you steam it. I wasted all three eggs from one pack of powder. The photo shows me using the second pack to make it again. I didn't measure the water and visually only added about 100ml, still three eggs, and it finally solidified successfully. Don't add too little water!!!
