I just tried frozen yam and was really surprised by the excellent quality! Natural purple color, fresh as if just dug up. When cooked, it still retains the characteristic nutty, chewy and fragrant taste of fresh yam. Pre-frozen, cleanly processed, just take it out and cook it right away - super convenient for busy people.
