great quality

I'm happy to be able to purchase Hidaka kelp from Hokkaido at weee!

I haven't gotten the hang of it yet, but I'm happy to be able to buy kelp

I used it for the festival. Normally I would use fish such as herring, but since my family doesn't like fish, I tried wrapping it in beef. It was flavorful and delicious.

Perhaps because it is a natural kelp, it was narrower and thinner than regular dashi kelp. I ate it wrapped in kelp. Soft kombu rolls are ready.

My favorite conbu.

It was too long, so I cut it up and put it in a ziplock bag.happy!

A little expensive kelp, but good quality and worth buying

These are dried Japanese seaweed, from Hokkaidosan.

Hokkaido konbu should be pretty good
