These are water spinach (kangkong). This is a lot so I will have to keep them in a bigger ziploc bag. Water spinach can be use for many Filipino dish like sinigang, crabs with coconut milk, adobong kangkong. The stem of water spinach can also be use when cooking Bicol style bopis.
