I buy it boldly even when it's not on sale. ㅎㅎㅎ~ It's rich and delicious, so I mash 1/4 block of tofu and boil it with thinly sliced kimchi and green onions It's delicious~ (Since the tofu increases in quantity when mashed, I think you can use only 1/4 block. If you press it with the wide part of the blade, it will mash properly while keeping the texture. I put it in two with the Staub Baby Wok and ate each one And I still had about one serving left in the large pot Try it~ It's so delicious!!!

I thought this was delicious but my kids and husband didn’t like it. I think they didn’t like the texture bc it is pureed and they felt like they were eating baby food. They’re weird. Lols But the flavor is good and convenient to have in your freezer for those days you don’t feel like cooking. I added extra tofu and scallops because that’s all I had. Next time I will add beef and other veggies. I did add kimchi at the end and it was great!

Our household usually buys the Harim brand but tried this one for the first time because it said mung beans. Pic shows what 2 packages in a large pot looks like straight from the package. Package says keep at room temp not frozen like Harim brand. Smelled great. Tastes good too. Bones fall right out. We couldn’t really see or taste any mung beans but maybe it was cooked down with the rice inside.
