I really liked these noodles. A lot of others had hard time preparing so I'll advise to either microwave with lid or to steam. Do this at 1:30 to 30sec intervals until they are done.They end up very bouncy and pliable and I peel them apart with hands. They end up strands stay long and nice texture. One pack can last 4 large bowls of soup.
