I made pad see ew for the first time. It was delicious. Microwave it before using, then peel off the layers and fry.

The noodles came packed with ice. I left it in the fridge overnight and then popped in the microwave for 2 minutes to soften it up before cutting into it, then cooking it. if you cut into it while it's super cold, it will break. make sure to pop it in the microwave for 2 minutes.
