Once the water boils, blanch for about ten seconds before turning off the heat. Cooking for too long will cause the noodles to break into a paste. It's normal for them to clump together, but once they're warm enough, they'll break apart with a flick of your chopsticks. One packet of noodles is enough to make about four or five bowls, and the taste is decent. It's also quite convenient.

I made sesame sauce cold noodles with rice wrappers, which were also delicious. First, cut the rice wrappers into strips. Put the cut rice wrappers in a steamer with water (cut side up) and steam for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and tear open when it's no longer hot. Place on a plate and add your favorite garnishes, peanuts, sesame seeds, and seasonings. This large package makes four 10-inch plates and is on sale for $1.19. Add the garnishes and seasonings for less than $1. You should give it a try.
