Actually, I've never bought it in Japan, but I bought it from this site for the first time last time. Both times, they delivered it with an ice pack. These are great! These remind me so much of these mango filled mochi that I used to get in Canada. I’ve gotten the variety pack that has taro and mango. Those are amazing too!
