The sweetness of shellfish, savory notes of bony fish and vegetables, and a delightful, just-right amount of spicy. The filling has a certain fluffy egginess that is very pleasant. Sometimes the stem of a leaf is a little tough, a bit like when the string of a pea pod is left on, but this is a minor annoyance. Quick and easy to cook in the oven. Will definitely order again!

    I baked it in the air fryer at 340 degrees for four minutes. It was just cooked. I thought it was a vegetarian food. It's slightly spicy and not entirely vegetarian. I guess frying should taste better.

I think it would be good for guests too. It's oily enough even if you put a very little oil on it and fry it. It tastes even better if you dip it in a refreshing soy sauce with vinegar!
