Japanese breadcrumbs are easy to use and are great for deep-frying pork chops and prawns. First, use flour, eggs and a little salt to make a paste, roll the prawns in the paste, then coat them in breadcrumbs, and fry them in oil until golden brown. They are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.

The box was damaged by being crushed by the bottle of mirin sake that was in the box with it, but I think the contents are fine.
