It's 2 pounds, but the breadcrumbs are included in the weight, and the squid shrinks when cooked, so it's probably not a huge amount. (The photo shows only a small portion.) I don't like deep-frying, and I don't have an air fryer, so I used olive oil spray and cooked it in a toaster oven for 25 minutes. It was delicious.

When I opened the box, the amount was larger than I expected and I was pleased with the appearance. When fried, the squid had a good texture, but the thin skin of the squid remained in my mouth and bothered me. Also, the batter seemed a little too much and oily. The fried texture looks luxurious.
