It’s pretty good. It does have more of the oats than the konjac rice. I like it especially if I want to eat rice right away instead of having to wait until the rice cooker is done but also focusing on eating healthy rice. I’m always looking for ways to help my mom eat healthier rice as well so I think this is a good choice to start with.
