taste great stir fried with me. although I was a little concerned with the bottom of the jar it had some milky white residue? maybe it was the seasoning settling to the bottom. but I think it was okay?
very essential for khao soi topping. it’s so good.
The pickled mustard greens were delicious and crunchy, but very salty. I'll buy them again. Remember to wash them thoroughly before cooking. I braised them with pork thigh and squid. The sour and crunchy taste was great, but I didn't know I should have rinsed them with enough water, so they were very salty. I had to add more water and braise them again, haha.
The price is much better and cheaper than H-Mart.
