I love it .
I have bought this many times but I always eat it as a dessert or mix it with preserved egg and tofu, or cook tofu soup.
Super soft and smooth
I will repurchase it again and again. Add some ginger juice and brown sugar and it will be delicious sweet soy milk.
Tofu was good to make ma-po. There are so many brands of tofu, you can even make it yourself also. But for the price and without the effort, economies of scale tells me to just buy the tofu. This brand is particularly good, has a fresh smell and the texture was soft but didn’t crumble and fall apart when I was cooking (fold when you make mapo tofu). Surprising since it says extra silken. Will likely get it again.
