I like the smooth tofu better.
It's thicker than regular tofu, so it's perfect for hotpots.
Stir-fry tofu, sweet potato noodles and Chinese cabbage together, it tastes good! Tofu is a must-have food in our house. I have bought it many times and it is always fresh.

I made a big portion of mapo tofu and it was delicious.
The 2 tofu were packaged inside a silver waterproof bag with an ice pack in the middle. The icepack was all defrotesd by the time it arrived, but it was still chilly inside. It was thankfully only 65F today, but had it been a hotter day, I might have been more worried. But they are great. And I received the item in 7/17, with the expiration day not until September. I'm glad I got one of the newer batches. There were times I only had 2 weeks left on the due date.
