This ube jam has a curious texture to me. I purchased another brand and it had more added ingredients which made it almost made it syrup like. This jam however is like mashed sweetened purple yam/sweet potato in a jar. I'll probably use this up in boba tea to make my own ube swirl with brown sugar boba drinks
